The Mahogany Room is a fully self-contained function room that can accommodate up to 200 guests. There is an extensive selection of tap beers, gourmet finger food, decoration packages an in house DJ and state of the art audio visual equipment, we are able to turn your function into an event to remember. With a beautiful timber bar, magnificent drop lighting and gilt mirrors, the Mahogany Room is the perfect venue for your engagement or birthday celebration.

To the left of our main bar is the Grand Hall. The elegant timber paneling, coffered ceiling, period lighting, and top section of the Beer Garden creates an atmosphere that is perfect for any function up to 130 people.

Our newly renovated Stolberg Room is a fully self-contained room that has been elegantly decorated with chandelier light fittings and a solid timber bar. The Stolberg Room can cater for up to 70 guests, and is perfect for smaller parties and engagements. With the conservatory and beer garden just outside, there is plenty of room for your guests.

Likor bar Lounge encompasses sophistication, style, glamour and decadence. With its stunning white marble bar that commands the centre piece of the room and enjoying the company of contemporary designed furniture that completes this gallery of quintessential style.

CHILL Restaurant & Bar features an extensive modern Australian menu of fresh seasonal produce and succulent fine meats. CHILL offers a contemporary setting and welcoming atmosphere to suit any occasion, and boasts a full open kitchen so you can enjoy the spectacle of flaming pans and marvel at the chefs’ skills as they prepare your meal.

There are several spaces throughout the hotel we can utilise to meet your exact needs, from a small and intimate gathering in the Sports Lounge or Bistro Private Dining areas, a funky 21st in our underground bar 31 Below, up to the most elaborate Weddings in the beautiful Gold room, everything you have dreamed of.

The two more formal rooms on upper level of the hotel the Bronze and Silver Rooms are very popular for all types of sit-down dinners including birthday celebrations, Christenings, corporate meetings and presentations. They both have state of the area and fully integrated audio visual equipment, private bar facilities and a large outdoor balcony.

Both rooms then join to create the spectacular Gold Room which can hold up to 400 people cocktail style or 300 for a sit down banquet. There is lift access along with dancefloors, remote controlled hidden ceiling projectors with screens and superb food to match.
